For international orders, GloWeaver ships from California (USA) during business hours (Mon-Thu: 8 AM – 1 PM EST; Fri: 1 PM – 6 PM EST). Delivery times vary by destination, and we ship via DHL, USPS, or UPS. Any customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day. During busy periods, like launches or holidays, processing may take a bit longer.
